Theresa Ivancik has over 8+ years in the fitness industry and is certified through AFPA. She is nationally qualified in women's bodybuilding and has competed in over 13 NPC shows.
Also a nutrition specialist- She says it's very important that in any kind of training program an individual client needs to follow a correct diet. Each person is different and no two diets will ever be the same! Dedication and motivation are key! Time to make a lifestyle change!

Jeff Harlan has over 30+ years in the fitness industry and is known as the transformation specialist. He is certified through the ISSA and NSCA, and there is not one client he hasn't been able to transform!! He holds three American Records in powerlifting and has competed in six bodybuilding shows.
Also a nutrion specialist - So he will be sure to make nutrition a big part of everyone's program!
